This really should be a 10-star review but Zillow made me stop at 5! Rebecca helped us find a property, mostly virtual, and when my job took our family south sell it as well. She is hyper-responsive and fully supportive throughout the marketing, negotiation, and closing. When it was time to sell she spent hours with us finding the perfect staging to show the house at its best potential, and was masterful in her approach to get as many eyes on the property as possible. Ultimately, we had several offers in the first weekend and sold over the asking price. We understand that many factors play into a successful sale but having a strong agent on your team is critical. If you’re looking for someone who is easy to work with, has deep knowledge of southern New Hampshire, and is willing to invest a meaningful amount of time to help you be successful Rebecca is who you need.
